Services

The scope, timeline, deliverables and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement. Work begins once the proposal is accepted and any agreed advance payment is received.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content, access and timely feedback needed to complete the work. Delays in feedback may affect timelines.

Payments

Invoices are payable according to the terms stated in your proposal. Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google or Meta are separate from our management fees.

Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, ownership of final deliverables created specifically for you passes to you. Third-party assets such as stock images, fonts and plugins remain subject to their own licences.

Results

We work to deliver the best possible results, but rankings, advertising performance and sales depend on factors outside our control, so specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, to the extent permitted by law.
